September 6th, 2016 - The Changfeng Alliance organised a successful event at the Zhongguancun Innoway. Over 30 French investors from bpiFrance, and other investment firms, organised by HEC Paris, came to learn about the state of the start-up world in China.
Erica Tam presented the non-profit organisation Start-Up Salad, which aims to jumpstart entrepreneurial ambitions in a 52-hour timeframe. There was definite interest from the French Delegation and hopefully Erica will be able to bring a version of Start-Up Salad to France as well.
Then Dr. Zhang Mohua from EMC2 got to introduce their PAAS system, which was regarded with great interest by the French guests, especially because she was able to hold to speech in fluent French.
Reggie Lee, the General Manager of LE-COR, introduced their AED and remote monitor systems, which they are planning on installing in public places in China in order to improve emergency response.
Robin Liang, the President of NEXTORCH, presented ways for traditional manufacturers to work in Industry 2.0.
Allen Wang, the Founder of Datablau introduced the French investors to some financing and investment opportunities in the BigData modelling and enterprise governance sector.
The event offers a good communication platform for inter-cultural exchange with all sides having learnt something new about the different cultures and investment opportunities.
